The candidates should have knowledge of alcohol drinking limits and have a thorough understanding of mixing ratios, they should be able to work during late nights and be flexible with timings. The skills that are considered detrimental to this role include – serving skills, hospitality skills, multitasking abilities, dexterity and attention to details. Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving drinks to the clients, the other duties highlighted in the Bartender Resume are – collecting payments, preventing customers from excessive drinking, maintaining stock, keeping bar equipment clean, serving drinks directly or through waiters, assessing customer needs, presenting bar menu to the customers, restocking and replenishing stock supplies, providing excellent customer service, mixing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for the guests and providing excellent guest service.
